Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of professional experience working in Emergency Livelihoods and Resilience programmes, including direct experience in implementing cash transfer, market analysis and economic recovery activities
∎ Demonstrated experience with project design, proposal development/writing, budget management, and reporting
∎ Previous experience supervising and managing a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-cultural setting
∎ Previous experience in emergency preparedness and response
∎ Demonstrated experience in capacity building and mentoring of staff
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivation, creativity and an ability to perform without close supervision.
∎ Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
