∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with Embassy for visa purpose.
∎ Monitor the progress of the visa related work.
∎ Thoroughly check whether all the documents are ready related to visa.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the concerned authority.
∎ Ensure the visa is ready on time.
∎ Closely coordinate with Visa section and other department of the company.
∎ Handle all complaints and properly record corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Promptly and professionally respond to all types of client enquiries.
∎ Maintain all kinds of communication with the Embassy
∎ Attend relevant meetings.
∎ Ensure all documents and reports are prepared on time.
∎ Any other responsibly given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Embassy Coordinator will get preferences.
∎ Must be good in writing, reading and speaking in Arabic.
