Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, build, and send targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, GetResponse, Mautic, and custom SMTP servers.
∎ Execute multi-step automation workflows for onboarding, promotions, abandoned cart recovery, and post-purchase nurturing.
∎ Collect, filter, and segment email leads from multiple sources including websites, landing pages, opt-in forms, and scraping tools (if applicable).
∎ Perform email verification and list cleaning using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc., to maintain high deliverability rates.
∎ Run simultaneous campaigns across multiple websites, brands, or segments with tailored messaging and timing.
∎ Generate leads for B2B/B2C funnels using cold email strategies, newsletter campaigns, and retargeting sequences.
∎ Monitor open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversion metrics, and take actions to optimize performance.
∎ Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content blocks, CTAs, and templates to improve results.
∎ Write, review, and optimize email copy for clarity, engagement, and call-to-action effectiveness.
∎ Coordinate cart abandonment campaigns and recovery workflows for eCommerce websites.
∎ Review spam triggers, inbox placement, and email rendering across devices and platforms.
∎ Maintain and grow email databases through compliant and permission-based list-building methods.
∎ Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure visually appealing and mobile-optimized templates.
∎ Document all campaign reports and provide weekly/monthly performance summaries to management.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR), and deliverability best practices.
