• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical Engineering .

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and maintenance management software.(Preferable)

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, PLC, drives, motors, pumps, and automation systems.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and tools.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in the plant.

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machines, equipment, and automation systems.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and service reports for equipment.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for spare parts and technical support.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards in all engineering activities.

• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and reduce operational cost.

• Train and guide junior technicians/operators in handling electro-mechanical systems.
