Skill and Competencies

• At least 4 years’ experience working in any reputed Farm/Projects.
• Experience in AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and Project Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and follow directions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programme.

Responsible for:

• Work under the direct supervision and instruction of a head of ID or a senior engineer.
• Prepare Bill of Quantity (BoQ), plan, and layout of upcoming construction and repair works. 
• Carry out documentation and file management of all completed and ongoing projects.
• Prepare and submit all kinds of routine activities, reports, and work progress regularly.
• Coordinate with Sectors, CSUs, and field staff for construction and maintenance works.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Activities:

• Perform routine tasks under the direct supervision of the head of ID or Program Manager.
• Prepare budgets and keep records of all expenditures.
• Prepare bill of quantity, draft plan, and design.
• Properly manage all kinds of file and document management, including completed and ongoing projects, manually and digitally.
• Keep a record and update of all construction materials and their progress.
• Prepare and submit all kinds of routine activities and reports after approval from the head of ID.
• Build strong relationships and address the needs of other Sectors/CSUs.
• Coordinate with field staff for progress, decision-making process, and updates of project works.
• Assists the head/senior engineers for the smooth operation of the department.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
