Responsibilities & Context:
• Search, collect, and submit tenders on the government e-GP portal and Manual Tender on Electronics, Electrical and Computer Equipment Tender (Like CCTV, Access Control, Security System, LED Display, Sound System, PABX, Fire Fighting, Solar System, Computer Hardware, Server PC, Electrical Equipment, Instrumental Machineries and other Accessories).
• Find out Tender documents of above-mentioned sector, analyze them, and inform the relevant team.
• Collect and organize all necessary documents required for tender preparation.
• Understand and prepare documents based on BOQ, schedule, specification, eligibility, etc.
• Have good communication with client and follow up with concerned authorities or organizations.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the management.
