Business:

• A group of companies works in Power Sub-station, Transformer, Networking, Tower construction, Power construction, Site acquisition, Advertising, Real Estate Firm.

Responsibilities & Context

Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and monitor substation equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and protection panels.

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.

• Quickly identify and troubleshoot faults to maintain an uninterrupted power supply.

• Maintain daily logs and records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Coordination

• Coordinate with government organizations, clients, and contractors during project execution.

• Communicate with local and international suppliers to obtain technical information and support.

• Work closely with internal engineering and site teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor key electrical parameters such as voltage, current, and load.

• Prepare simple technical and progress reports for management and clients.

• Report any equipment issues or system abnormalities promptly.

Tendering Support

• Assist in the preparation and submission of e-GP tender documents.

• Help gather technical specifications, quotations, and compliance documents.

• Maintain organized records of all tender-related documents.

Marketing Support

• Provide technical assistance to the marketing team for substation-related projects.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.

• Help prepare technical proposals and solution documents.

Emergency Response

• Respond promptly to power outages or equipment failures.

• Assist in restoring normal operations safely and efficiently.

• Support root cause analysis to prevent future issues.

Procurement Assistance

• Support the evaluation and selection of vendors for substation equipment.

• Assist in obtaining and comparing supplier quotations.

• Help verify delivered equipment against technical specifications.
