Responsibilities & Context:
Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
Receive & review work order, including both preventive and corrective maintenance.
Coordinate with the store to collect spare parts to ensure timely repair.
Assign skilled personnel to ensure task completion.
Maintain Health Check Sheets as per SOP for ensuring accurate documentation of machine conditions.
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all maintenance activities.
Participate in troubleshooting work to identify the root causes of breakdowns.
Check spare parts stock & its quality to ensure the reliability of components.
Reduce maintenance spare costs within the department budget.
Minimize maintenance breakdown target time as per plan.
Basic work with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
