Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the day-to-day electrical maintenance of our building. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all electrical systems and provide timely solutions for maintenance, repairs, and preventive checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine inspection and maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, distribution panels, backup generators, etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and codes
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers when needed
- Maintain records of repairs, service schedules, and system upgrades
