• 1-Possess 11KV and above power distribution equipment, equipment inspection, fault analysis, maintenance and repair capabilities
• 2-Possess 11KV and above motor equipment, equipment inspection, fault analysis, maintenance and repair capabilities
• 3-Possess PLC or DCS equipment, equipment inspection, fault analysis, maintenance and repair capabilities
• 4-Possess communication equipment, equipment inspection, fault analysis, maintenance and repair capabilities
• Possess the following abilities,
• Drawing reading ability
• Familiar with PTW,
• LOTO process
• Understand the process flow of power plants
• Possess English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities
• Willing to understand Chinese culture
• candidates with chinese communication skill and work experience with chinese enterprises will be given special priorities .
• Good health, strong ability to adapt to the environment, no kidney stones, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, hepatitis B and other diseases that are not suitable for working in the power industry
• No criminal record

Background of the project（项目背景）

Bangladesh Patuakhali 2×660MW Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant who owned by RNPL is a 4×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit. In this phase of the project, 2×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit is to be built, with the conditions to be reserved for expansion at the second phase. the plant designed a coal handling which capacity is 3000t/h.

CEEC-LEPM as O&M service subcontractor of RNPL is in charge of the maintenance of full plant and operation of jetty and coal handling system. The site is located in Dhankhali Village, Kalapara Upazila Township, Patuakhali County, Barisal, a southern city of Bangladesh, west of Rabnabad Channel, north of Payra (2×660MW) power plant project and east of Tiakhali River. The center coordinates of the site are 22°01′25″N and 90°18' 07"E. The site is about 8km to Kalapara Upazila Township in the southwest, about 77km and 38km respectively to Barisal City and Patuakhali County in the north, and 0.3km to Payra (2×660MW) power plant project in the south.

Key Responsibilities of Electrical and control Maintenance engineer

Responsible for one of the following tasks

• 1-PM and CM work of the power distribution equipment in the whole plant
• 2-PM and CM work of the motor equipment in the whole plant
• 3-PM and CM work of the DCS, PLC, and instruments in the whole plant
• 4-PM and CM work of the communication equipment in the whole plant
• Responsible for the following tasksResponsible for the preparation and update of PM plans within the relevant scopeResponsible for the preparation and update of requirements within the relevant scope
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of maintenance data within the relevant scope
• Responsible for the management of local employees
• Participate in skill training organized by the company
