Background of the project(项目背景)
Bangladesh Patuakhali 2×660MW Coal Fired Thermal Power Plant who owned by RNPL is a 4×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit. In this phase of the project, 2×660MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired unit is to be built, with the conditions to be reserved for expansion at the second phase. the plant designed a coal handling which capacity is 3000t/h.
CEEC-LEPM as O&M service subcontractor of RNPL is in charge of the maintenance of full plant and operation of jetty and coal handling system. The site is located in Dhankhali Village, Kalapara Upazila Township, Patuakhali County, Barisal, a southern city of Bangladesh, west of Rabnabad Channel, north of Payra (2×660MW) power plant project and east of Tiakhali River. The center coordinates of the site are 22°01′25″N and 90°18' 07"E. The site is about 8km to Kalapara Upazila Township in the southwest, about 77km and 38km respectively to Barisal City and Patuakhali County in the north, and 0.3km to Payra (2×660MW) power plant project in the south.
Key Responsibilities of coal handling system operator(输煤运行的关键职责)
Responsible for the operation of the coal handling system
Responsible for the daily inspection and testing of the coal handling system
Responsible for the work permit for the maintenance of the coal handling system
Responsible for the recording, statistics and analysis of various data of the coal handling system
Responsible for the management of local employees
Participate in the skills training organized by the company
Participate in the skills examination organized by the company
Participate in the safety training organized by the company
Participate in the safety examination organized by the company
