Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Fashion Technology /Graduate in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft, initiate and execute regional strategies of increasing supplier’s efficiency in conjunction with global capacity project initiative
∎ Leads a structured step wise methodology of efficiency development and ensures adherence of the same
∎ Leads diagnostics study and finding the areas of improvement and present it to the steering group of the regional project team
∎ Conducts training program for supplier’s project team and drives relevant workshops around it
∎ Executes efficacy enhancement initiatives with suppliers by direct or indirect intervention with Efficiency Developers
∎ Coordinates with other H&M functions (Capacity, Merchandising, Quality and Sustainability) to ensure smooth execution of efficacy development initiative
∎ Should have strong cooperation with other efficacy development teams of other regions
∎ Responsible for periodical follow up with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Responsible for reporting efficacy enhancement initiative on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
∎ Responsible for determining Cost per Minute (CPM) and ensure competitive landscape of the same in the region
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-4 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Experience in capacity management in production
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs
Salary: Negotiable
