Educational Requirements:
∎ Postgraduate preferably in education.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Education and/or Education in Emergencies required.
∎ Experience designing and developing curriculum for youth and adolescents (experience and understanding of Backward Design tenets highly preferable)
∎ Technical understanding of literacy and numeracy approaches
∎ Experience with literacy/numeracy or life skills and recreational activities for adolescents required.
∎ Field experience with NGO required; knowledge of Rohingya Refugee crisis preferred.
∎ Working knowledge of the language spoken by Rohingya people.
∎ Experience in teacher training.
∎ Strong management skills and the ability to work well in a team.
∎ Experience implementing education activities for women and girls.
∎ Clear understanding of gender, human rights, issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
∎ Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries.
∎ Positive and professional attitude, strong problem-solving skills to address gaps and challenges.
∎ Strong ability to organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication, listening and observation skills, including ability to create trust, support, respect and interact with women of all ages, background and diversity.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English required.
