Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in relevant field (teacher training, language studies, psychology, sociology, etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-year relevant working experience; preferable in teaching/training.
∎ Proficiency in the local dialect and/or Rohingya required; Proficiency of English and Burmese language desirable
∎ Experience in conducting classes, ideally with women and adolescent girls, following designated curriculum desirable
∎ Experience and/or knowledge in keeping learners engaged using interactive communication and teaching approaches
∎ Accomplish individual and collective assignments given by the supervisor.
∎ Have a good understanding of the situation of the Rohingya population and issues the female population faces.
∎ Undertake other duties that may be determined by the supervisor.
∎ Good team work and strong organizational skills.
∎ Minimum age 20
