Job Responsibility

• Oversee and manage all passenger-related activities throughout the journey

• Ensure passenger comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction during trips

• Assist passengers with seating, ticket verification, and luggage handling

• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and service standards

• Coordinate effectively with the driver and control room to ensure smooth operations

• Verify passenger lists, boarding points, and seat allocations accurately

• Address passenger queries and complaints in a professional manner

• Maintain proper records of each trip and report any incidents or irregularities

• Ensure adherence to company policies, schedules, and safety procedures

• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management
