Job Overview

We are looking for a young and energetic Project Manager Trainee to support and oversee the daily operations of our bus workshop and create a detailed report. The role involves managing bus remodelling and repair projects, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring the timely completion of work.

Job responsibility

• Supervise day-to-day workshop activities including:

  • Bus remodelling (body fabrication, interior decoration, painting)

  • Maintenance and repair (engine, electrical wiring, mechanical works)

• Prepare and maintain work schedules for all ongoing projects

• Ensure projects are completed within deadline and required quality standards

• Verify installation of OEM parts in buses

• Coordinate with store to ensure proper inventory recording and usage of parts

• Work closely with workshop team, procurement, and management

• Monitor progress and resolve operational issues

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and update management on project status
