Responsibilities & Context:
This role is in a startup e-commerce company focused on searching and applying for jobs on behalf of clients using AI tools. You will conduct online research to help people find roles/jobs based on their profiles and career ambitions. You will understand client requirements and match them with suitable jobs, adapting their resumes accordingly.
Key Requirements:
Experience in online job research in LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
Experience in career coaching.
Strong command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) to generate and adapt content based on client profiles and job descriptions.
Ability to customize resumes for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure compatibility and improve visibility.
Capable of meeting deadlines and managing multiple client requests simultaneously.
Training will be provided.
