E-commerce Expert (Night Shift) Fast-Growing UK E-commerce Start-up Work From Home | 11pm – 8am ( BD Time )

We are a rapidly expanding UK-based e-commerce company looking for experienced and driven E-commerce Experts to join our team on a permanent night shift basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about scaling online sales across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon operations including FBM, FBA, Wholesale, and Micro Labelling

• Handle full store operations for eBay and TikTok Shop

• Conduct in-depth product research for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay

• Source high-potential products from vendors, distributors, and wholesalers

• Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings

• Manage listing approvals and compliance across platforms

• Oversee order fulfillment, shipment processing, and tracking

• Perform competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities

• Deliver excellent customer support

• Utilise CRM systems and industry-leading tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, browser extensions, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the UK or US marketplaces

• Proven expertise in Amazon FBA/FBM and Wholesale

• Strong experience with eBay and TikTok Shop operations

• Solid knowledge of product research, listing optimization, and sourcing

• Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and other e-commerce tools

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently during night shifts

• Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
