Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ from a reputed university with professional certification of CA / CMA partly qualified.
∎ Education qualification will be relaxed if candidate have adequate, appropriate and sound knowledge in textiles production process.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and audit, Internal Audit, Skills in preparing financial reports, statements and projections

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of risk areas for internal audit preparation of audit plan, supervision of execution of internal audit work, reporting the findings of internal audit work with recommendations on corrective measures for improvement.
∎ Review, Development and implementation of audit standard operating procedures for enhancement of operational efficiency.
∎ Calculation and Checking of Inter Process Loss of Textiles Division's (yarn booking to finished fabrics) and reporting monthly
∎ Calculation and Checking of Inter Process Loss of Garments Division's (cutting to shipment) and reporting monthly
∎ Checking and verifying of Yarn booking as per CAD consumption and ascertain of actual booking, additional booking, sample booking; total excess booking
∎ Checking and verifying of accessories booking as per marketing budgeted cost sheet and IE consumption and ascertain of actual booking.
∎ Follow up of Wastage management regularly and reporting monthly
∎ Checking and verifying of Local procured bills
∎ Checking and verifying of all service relating bills of suppliers
∎ Checking of various Sub-contact bills (knitting bill, dyeing bill, AOP, Print, Embroidery bill etc)
∎ Checking of staff and worker's salary, holiday allowance, OT sheet, attendance and final settlement etc.
∎ Pre-audit of all procured bills (Local and import), daily payments and other expenses of Factory
∎ Monitoring of Inventory Management System and conduct physical verification of stock & stores on regular basis of Yarn, Gray Fabrics, Finished Fabrics, Finished Products, and General Store etc. with ERP system
∎ Preparation of order wise cost valuation of ready made garments & reporting to the head Office
∎ Providing Difference between actual cost and Budgeted cost Separately buyer or order wise based on CM/SMV( Considering per machine cost, machine layout quantity, SMV as per set up)
∎ Preparation of Order Closing/Job Closing on regular basis.
∎ To check of all factory expenses paid through petty cash and checking petty cash account
∎ To check & review the procurement process as like all purchase bills with purchase order, M.R.R. with ERP system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to those working in the audit department at knit composit Textiles.
∎ capable to manage team
∎ Excellent planning ability
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Proper knowledge about ERP system
∎ Sound knowledge in Computer application (specially in Microsoft Excel & Power Point)
∎ Ability to take stress and work under pressure
∎ Encourage to apply only production related person.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):5 Years' experience in RMG sector Accounts & Finance, Tax & Vat.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Working Experience in a 100% Export oriented Garments Factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of Corporate Affairs, RMG, Financial Rules, Company Law, Fiscal Policy, VAT, Taxation Law
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bengali and English.
∎ Practical experience on budget preparation, variance analysis and implementation of budget
∎ Skills in preparing financial reports, statements and projections, internal control system initialization, development & implementation, Enterprise risk assessment and management.
