• Bachelor/Master’s in any discipline / MBA

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (preferred).

• At least 7 years

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in denim dry process (sample & bulk production).

• Must be an expert in denim dry process production operations.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of denim trends, techniques, and buyer requirements.

• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

The position is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all dry process activities (sample & bulk) in denim operations to ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery in line with buyer requirements and approved methods.

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for the dry process department.

• Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and resources to achieve production targets.

• Ensure bulk dry process execution strictly follows approved methods, samples, and buyer standards.

• Lead, supervise, and train team members including supervisors and process technicians.

• Monitor and control dry processes such as whisker, brushing, BD, PP, and others to maintain consistency and quality.

• Work closely with the Quality Control and Wet Process teams to align production and quality requirements.

• Identify and resolve issues related to shade, placement, and intensity mismatches.

• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of production reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Maintain workplace discipline, safety, and compliance standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce rejection/defects.
