Job Context:

∎ Possible Start of the activities: 25 May, 2019
∎ Number of positions: 01
∎ Duration of the contract: up to 31 July, 2019 (with possibility of extension), Based on the implementation of new ISR, duration and terms of conditions of the position may change.

∎ Line Manager: Deputy Program Manager FSL-DRR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MISSION:
∎ Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Disaster Risk Reduction Supervisor will carry out and oversee the activities of disaster management and supervise the operational DRR team ensuring that Solidarites International technical recommendations and procedures are followed.
∎ Major Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up the activities /control and supervision
∎ Project relevance, quality and design
∎ Logistics and Administration
∎ Reporting / communication

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years working experience on DRR Project
∎ Experience on CBDRR model expected
∎ Experience on DRR training facilitation & mitigation scheme (CFW) implementation
∎ Minimum of 3-year professional experience in humanitarian and/or development programs
∎ Interest in and enthusiasm for learning & not afraid of working hard to complete task within the deadline
∎ Good communication skills, with good written and spoken English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
∎ Proficiency on local language can be an added value

Salary:
∎ TK. 51300 (Monthly)
