Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 20 to 35 years

• 1–3 years of experience in 2D & 3D detailing and drafting.
• Must have strong knowledge and practical skills in 2D & 3D design software with a solid design concept.
• Diploma in Architecture , Civil, AutoCad Expart or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design software.
• Strong visualization and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings for architectural and interior design projects.
• Develop complete design packages: concept, plan, elevation, section, and detailed working drawings.
• Handle design approvals, submission drawings, and maintain coordination across departments.
• Assist in project feasibility analysis, material estimation, and deadline-based planning.
• Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications provided by structural engineers.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and the CRM Department to execute design plans effectively.
