Experience:

• At least 6 years

• Age 30 to 35 years

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in civil, structural, or architectural projects.

• Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D preferred), Google Drive tools, and drafting standards including BNBC and construction detailing.

• Skilled in preparing accurate shop drawings, as-built documentation, and project reporting.

• Strong communication, coordination, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

• Prepare detailed civil, steel, structural, and architectural drawings as per project requirements.

• Modify and update drawings based on design changes, site instructions, and project specifications.

• Assist engineers in preparing shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built documentation.

• Ensure all drawings comply with BNBC standards, PWD schedule, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors for drawing-related clarifications.

• Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings for accuracy and easy retrieval.

• Support in quantity take-off and layout preparation when required.

• Provide timely drawing support to avoid project delays and ensure smooth execution.
