Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all SOPs are implemented according to Buyer QA Manual
∎ Proactively raise style specific call outs during Line Review meeting
∎ Ensure all activities are followed up correctly according to style risk
∎ Ensure Style alert CAPs are implemented
∎ Ensure PP meetings are conducted according to Buyer requirement
∎ Ensure Pilot reviews are conducted according to Buyer requirement
∎ Ensure inline are conducted according to Buyer requirement
∎ Ensure all concern points are corrected
∎ Ensure daily pack audit, pre-final audits are conducted religiously
∎ Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and record maintained
∎ Ensure CAP is placed to prevent recurrence
∎ Maintain observed Quality Level (OQL) data for factory
∎ Create defect reduction action plan based on weekly OQL data and top 3 defects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only the candidates having Quality Checking, Auditing and Final Inspection experience are eligible for this position.
∎ Candidates should have good command over MS Excel & Power point
∎ Working experience in Walmart Buyer will get preference.
∎ Must have through knowledge on quality.
∎ Must have 2 years working experience in Auditing and total experience will be 4 out of which will be in Auditing
∎ Must have experience in knit product
∎ Must be good in English and good in communication
∎ Presentable with better interpersonal communication skill
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range can be a bit higher in case of extra ordinary candidates.
