∎ Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration /related field.
∎ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in in documentation or computer operations.
∎ Proficiency in Graphics Design (Photoshop & Illustrator) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
∎ Strong typing skills with high accuracy in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent organizational and time and File management abilities.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
∎ Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in managing documents.

∎ Managing multiple documentation tasks efficiently.
∎ Ensuring all documents, whether physical or digital, are properly organized, labelled, and stored in the correct locations like filing cabinets, document management systems, or cloud storage.
∎ Keeping track of document revisions and ensuring proper documentation of amendments or updates.
∎ Keeping accurate records of all documents, including confidential information, for compliance with legal and organizational standards.
∎ Coordinating with various departments to gather, share, and update documents or information as required.
∎ Managing and responding to requests for documentation from the external stakeholders like clients, vendors, regulatory bodies.
∎ Creating and drafting documents like reports, contracts, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
∎ Reviewing documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established formats and policies.
∎ Ensuring that confidential information is handled securely and shared only with authorized personnel.
