Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review Documents for disbursement & sent related queries to RM/ Coordinator.
∎ MIS: Prepare documents Incomplete database Management,
∎ Doc Fee - CBS Entry Completion,
∎ Insurance policy verified through over phone.
∎ Preparing DCL for disbursement
∎ MEMO preparation for disbursement / Purchase Order Update Daily cheque issued Register
∎ CBS System Entry & Authorization - Loan /Lease Disbursement (Ensured proper system authorization without error)
∎ Purchase Order & BRTA Documents prepared for Joint Registration (Ensured proper authorized signatures)
∎ Undertaking any responsibility as and when assigned
