LEEDO is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Documentation Coordinator to lead the organization’s data management and reporting efforts. This role is responsible for transforming field-level activities into high-quality narrative reports and analytical data to showcase organizational impact to donors and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Systematically collect and analyze quantitative data (e.g., targets, attendance) and qualitative data (e.g., impact stories, case studies) to measure program effectiveness.
Draft and finalize donor reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with organizational standards.
Maintain and update comprehensive data sets, comparing monthly statistics to identify trends, progress and program performance.
Conduct regular field visits to project sites (Shelters, School Under the Sky) to gather real-time data, capture photographs and verify field records.
Ensure all project data, reports, and archives (digital and physical) are organized and ready for management review or audits.
Coordinate with Program Coordinator, Manager, and Project In-charges to harmonize data and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings using charts, graphs, dashboards and other visualization tools.
Produce the organization’s Annual Report, project completion reports, newsletters, publications and Minutes of Meetings.
Write success stories, case studies, appreciation letters and news reports documenting program impact.
Manage digital and cloud-based tracking systems (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.) and maintain a reliable physical filing system for programmatic and legal documents.
Develop professional documents, newsletters, press releases and media content, enhancing organizational visibility.
Utilize data visualization and reporting skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.
