Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating and executing non-academic, grant-funded and philanthropic project

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of SIMEC Foundation and its concerns.

  • Support implementation of project activities according to approved project plans, budgets, timelines and donor requirements.

  • Coordinate with project teams, research center, educational concerns, field staff, vendors and external stakeholders.

  • Arrange and coordinate workshops, seminars, training, awareness programs, community activities and philanthropic events.

  • Assist in field visits, beneficiary coordination, data collection and project monitoring activities.

  • Maintain project-related documents, attendance, activity records, photographs, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.

  • Assist in preparing project progress reports, activity reports, meeting minutes and operational updates.

  • Monitor project timelines and follow up with responsible persons to ensure activities are completed within deadlines.

  • Assist in procurement, logistics, venue arrangements, transportation, materials and other operational requirements for projects.

  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance regarding project expenses, bills, budgets and supporting documents.

  • Ensure project activities and expenditures are conducted according to approved policies, donor guidelines and organizational procedures.

  • Support grant-related documentation, compliance requirements and audit preparation.

  • Assist the Research Center in operational coordination for research, surveys, field studies and data collection activities.

  • Maintain communication with community organizations, beneficiaries, partner organizations and other relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify operational issues during project execution and report them to the concerned supervisor for timely resolution.

  • Support monitoring of project outputs, deliverables and beneficiary activities.

  • Perform any other operational and project-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
