Position: Student Counsellor

Location: Uttara, Dhaka
Employment Type: Full-time
SIMEC Foundation is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Student Counsellor. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing academic guidance, managing student admissions, and supporting students throughout their educational journey.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional counseling to prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career pathways
* Assist students with admission procedures, documentation, and enrollment processes
* Maintain regular follow-up with students and guardians
* Support students with academic guidance and career planning
* Maintain accurate student records and prepare regular reports
* Coordinate with internal departments and management
* Participate in counseling sessions, seminars, and promotional activities
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
* 6–12 months of experience in study abroad counseling or education consultancy
* Strong communication skills in English and Bangla
* Strong counseling, persuasion, and follow-up skills
* Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM)
* Knowledge of international study destinations (UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, Asia – preferred)
