Responsibilities & Context:

Position:

• Vice Principal cum Teacher (Junior Section)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in academic and administrative activities

• Conduct classes effectively, following the English Medium curriculum

• Supervise teachers and maintain academic quality

• Prepare lesson plans, class reports, and student assessments

• Communicate with parents regarding student progress

• Organize co-curricular and school development activities

• Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English/Education or relevant subject

• Strong command of spoken and written English

• Training in teaching methodology will be preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and administrative experience in an English Medium School

• Leadership and management experience will get preference

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Smart, energetic, and responsible personality

• Ability to work in a team and lead academic activities
