- ফ্রেশারাও এপ্লাই করতে পারেন।(অবশ্যই কাজ শিখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে)
- Internship ফেসালিটি আছে।
- আইটি ফার্মে Student Counselling ,বিভিন্ন কোর্স এবং Software Marketing নিয়ে কাজ করার পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- নিম্নোক্ত গুণাবলির অধিকারী আবেদন প্রার্থীদের বেশি অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
- স্পষ্টভাষী এবং গুছিয়ে কথা বলায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
- প্রার্থীকে ফোনালাপে পারদর্শী এবং আন্তরিক, স্বদালাপি, সাহসী, সু-বাচনভঙ্গি, স্বাধীনমনা হতে হবে।
- ক্লাইন্টদের আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
- প্রতিষ্ঠানের যে কোন সমস্যা সমাধানে নিজ দায়িত্বে সহযোগিতা করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- অফিসের ও কাজের পরিবেশ তত্ত্বাবধানে ভূমিকা রাখতে হবে ।
- ক্লাইন্টদেরকে ফোনে আমাদের সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানানো।
- অফিসে যথা সময়ে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
- সুন্দর উপস্থাপনা এবং ভাল ব্যক্তিত্ব সম্পন্ন হতে হবে
- অভিজ্ঞদের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথীল করা যেতে পারে।
- কম্পিউটার অপারেট করা জানতে হবে অথবা জানা থাকলে ভালো।
Responsibilities & Context:
ডিউটি টাইম- সকাল 9:30 টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা 6.30 পর্যন্ত

Salary + Bonus: 15000-20000 (আলোচনাসাপেক্ষে) কাজের পারফরমেন্স এর ভিত্তি করে বিশেষ বোনাসের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। প্রার্থীর কাজের ফলাফল বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে বেতন বৃদ্ধি ও অন্যান্য প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক সুযোগ সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে। উৎসব বোনাস বছরে দুইবার।
