We are looking for a highly motivated, smart, and detail-oriented Student Counselor / Student Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad while contributing to business growth through strong client service and effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling & Client Management
Guide students regarding study abroad opportunities, university selection, course options, visa process, and career pathways.
Build trust with clients through professional counseling and clear communication.
Handle inquiries efficiently and convert potential leads into successful enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-up with students and guardians throughout the process.
Resolve client concerns quickly with practical and professional solutions.
Documentation & Communication
Prepare and review student files, application documents, SOPs, CVs, financial papers, and visa-related documents.
Draft and send professional emails to students, universities, agencies, and other stakeholders.
Ensure all records, deadlines, and communications are properly maintained.
Marketing & Social Media
Manage company pages and maintain active engagement across social media platforms.
Conduct mobile marketing activities to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Create live sessions, reels, and short promotional videos for brand awareness.
Support online campaigns to increase visibility and client reach.
Research & Analysis
Analyze lead data, campaign results, and customer behavior to improve performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Recommend new ideas and strategies for business growth.
Administration & Office Operations-
Maintain attendance records and daily follow-up reports.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and communication flow.
Support office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform gatekeeping responsibilities and maintain discipline within workflow.
