Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a skilled Django Developer with expertise in Django and Javascript to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design through to implementation and optimization.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎
∎ •Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django. Ensure that applications are performant, responsive, and accessible.
∎ •Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Engage in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas that enhance user experience.
∎ •API Integration: Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems.
∎ •Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and industry standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
∎ •Optimization: Monitor and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement performance enhancements and refactor code as necessary.
∎ •Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, processes, and technical specifications. Ensure that team members and stakeholders have the resources needed to understand and work with the codebase.
∎ •Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.

∎ Qualifications:
∎
∎ •Experience: Proven experience at least for 1-3 years as a Django Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your skills in Django.
∎ •Technical Skills: Proficient in Django and Javascript. Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL & MongoDB. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
∎ •Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
∎ •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
∎ •Adaptability: A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ •Bonus Skills: Experience with AWS, knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker), and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines are a plus.
