Responsibilities & Context:

We’re seeking a creative and results-oriented Senior Executive - Marketing to manage our digital marketing efforts from strategy to execution. You’ll oversee social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, and performance analytics, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, brand-consistent, and impactful. This role offers the candidate the autonomy to work independently while taking ownership of their responsibilities, with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  1. Plan, schedule, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

  2. Monitor community engagement and respond in line with brand voice

  3. Work closely with designers and content creators to maintain consistency and creativity

  4. Track and optimize social media performance using platform insights

SEO & Google Indexing:

  1. Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings

  2. Ensure proper Google indexing and technical SEO best practices

  3. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to drive visibility

Email Marketing:

  1. Create, test, and manage campaigns through tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot

  2. Segment email lists and run A/B tests on subject lines and CTAs

  3. Analyze and optimize email performance based on open, click, and conversion rates

Advertising Campaigns:

  1. Launch and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc.

  2. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI

  3. Collaborate with designers and copywriters for compelling ad creatives

Analytics & Reporting:

  1. Track marketing performance via Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools

  2. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights

  3. Recommend strategies for continuous improvement
