We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online brand presence, manage campaigns, and drive measurable growth through strategic and data-backed digital marketing.

Job Summary

We’re seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in digital marketing and optimization but will also have experience using AI tools to create videos and graphics that increase engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives.

* Manage and optimize company pages across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

* Create engaging, high-quality content — including posts, stories, videos, and visuals.

* Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, etc.) to generate creative videos and images.

* Plan, run, and optimize paid social media campaigns focused on engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

* Perform Social Media Optimization (SMO) and Page/Post Optimization to improve visibility and performance.

* Track and analyze key metrics to measure success and provide insights for growth.

* Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and AI-based content innovations.

* Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand identity.

* Manage content calendars, scheduling, and audience engagement activities.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.

* Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Optimization, and Conversion-driven Campaign Management.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid ad platforms.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, interpret, and improve performance.

* Excellent knowledge of page and post optimization strategies.

* Strong copywriting, content planning, and communication abilities.

* Creative mindset with great attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

* Experience using AI tools for content creation (images, videos, captions, etc.) — candidates with this skill will have priority consideration.

* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

* Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite).

* Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
