∎ Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).
∎ Must be self-motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.
∎ Problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

∎ To lead and monitor the Sales Team and evaluate their regular performance.
∎ To develop the members of sales team by inspiring, motivating and encouraging for better outcome.
∎ To collect sufficient market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
∎ Visiting market frequently and building relationship with stakeholders for smooth sales operation.
∎ To contact regularly with distributors, wholesalers and depot’s owner to ensure a seamless distribution of products.
∎ To maximize profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
∎ To prepare of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management;
∎ To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
