Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably MBA in Marketing/ Business

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan out and forecasts annual revenue inflow through retail trade,
∎ Conducts market research, makes sales & revenue projections, Plan-out resource's deployment and operation strategy
∎ Closely monitor and supervise movement of resources (men & Materials) and ensure proper movement as per the plan and based on the objectives
∎ Ensure proper client/ customer support services and communication, meets and transactions
∎ Ensure frequent client-meets to review monthly forecasts, commission sheets, performance reports and the profitability.
∎ Analyzes local market conditions, demographic situation and the history of previous sales. Makes recommendations to the Management and/or the dealer for short and long-term advertising projects, sales promotions, human resource needs, lease promotions and remuneration plans etc..
∎ Analyzes various customer satisfaction reports and submits recommendations to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
∎ Supervises lease renewal activities and analyzes related reports in order to make the lease portfolio turn a profit.
∎ Reviews all transactions before they are recorded on paper.
∎ Builds and maintains close relations with the customers and handles customer complaints as to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
∎ Trains and motivates the subordinates.
∎ Conducts formal evaluations of the performance of the personnel reporting to him, at set intervals.
∎ Ensures subordinates understand and practice policies, conditions and systems.
∎ Implements systems to promote ongoing training, including weekly sales team meetings.
∎ Encourages team work in a sales environment focused on clientele, throughout entire sales, delivery & follow-up process.
∎ Maintains efficient communications inter and intra-department
∎ Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Must have experience in Sales & marketing of Building materials i.e., MS Rod, Cement etc.
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced candidates
∎ Candidates must mention two persons as referee in the CV.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Ready to take challenges
∎ Capability of convincing customers

Salary: Negotiable
