∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication, Tobacco, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of distribution operations.
∎ Plan, organize, direct and control distribution staff to meet objectives.
∎ Develop and implement a unique business strategy to improve the current business status
∎ Forecast market needs extensive knowledge on target-based marketing management and ensure sales target.
∎ Lead & monitor all distribution & service channels of regions attaining the required standard and regular market visits to ensure that teams are visiting markets regularly as per the daily & monthly PJP.
∎ Responsible for driving the regional business plan to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly acquisition and revenue targets.
∎ Provide strong leadership and prepare the team members in achieving the company goals.
∎ Collaborating with the Cross-functional Team to analyze and report to the leadership Team on profit levels and potential return on investment (ROI) of the Anchor Wise Business
∎ Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on new business development to meet current and future anchor needs
∎ Expand to new market areas and analysis the distribution problem & market recommendations to increase the Net Margin Value (NMV)
∎ Should be able to control and supervise a large operations team.
∎ Forecast for Delivery and collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
∎ Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance
Salary: Negotiable
