Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be in charge of a Merchandising division and should have very strong leadership qualities.
∎ He or she will be directly reporting to the CEO and will be fully responsible for all aspects of Merchandising
∎ Experience in eco-friendly denim washes, dry process techniques and thorough knowledge of fabrics

Additional Requirements:
∎ Need minimum 10 years' managerial experience
∎ Should possess very good business contacts in Bangladesh as well as overseas, especially in USA.
∎ Strong expertise in global market trends and hands on experience in product development.
∎ Experience in eco-friendly denim washes, dry process techniques and thorough knowledge of fabrics
∎ Be an excellent communicator

Salary:
