• Bachelor in any discipline with 08 years working experience in (child protection) child protection, combatting human trafficking, reducing harmful norms and values in society and other human rights issues as a development worker.

• Good Communication, presentation and session facilitation skills
• Willingness & ability to stay and visit project sites. All posts are field based. So, selected candidates will have to stay at respective field 
• Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.    
• Candidate should have learning attitude, well behavior and proactive attitude.      
• Ability to prioritize activities to act and decide promptly.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
•  Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
• Pro-active and participatory decision-making and problem-solving
•  Ability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds      
• Good understanding on issues related to gender equity and protection        
• Ability to work with climate vulnerable area and multi diverse community peoples with close communication

Rupantar, a development organization has been working in Environment, Disaster Management & Climate Change adaptation, Democracy & Political empowerment, Peace & Tolerance, Children & Youth Rights and Popular Media & 3Folk Theatre. Rupantar is now inviting applications from suitable experienced and interested candidate to work in Savar, Dhaka for filling up the following job vacancies to work in-country child sex trafficking (CST) survivor focused project supported by Freedom Fund Bangladesh in 4 districts: Barisal, Mymensingh, Chittagong and Dhaka of Bangladesh.

Project Title: Enhancing Protection of CST Survivors in Bangladesh Program.

Project Duration:1st December, 2024 to 31st October, 2025

Major Responsibilities:

• Necessary reporting to Project Coordinator/Project Director.·        
• Planning and organizing all operations of the project in association and agreement with the Project Coordinator/Project Director.·        
• Ensure timely reporting to Program Director and Monitoring & Evaluation Coordinator.·        
• Maintaining relations with GO, NGOs, Civil Society, Professional groups, and other relevant project stakeholders.·        
• Coordinating and organizing training, workshop and mass campaign in line with civil society other CSOs, govt. organization and at Upazila and District level.·        
• Preparation of necessary training materials & training manual.·        
• Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all capacity building activities.·        
• Obey organizational policies.
