Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct home visits for CRP patients in the allocated areas.
∎ Organize campaigns and advocacy programs on scarf injuries, road safety, and disability awareness in the assigned job areas.
∎ Provide health accessories, mobility aids, and Income-Generating Activity (IGA) support to persons with disabilities (PWDs) who have received rehabilitation services from CRP.
∎ Offer accurate guidance to UDPDC on receiving training and refresher courses organized by CRP.
∎ Guide UDPDC in all activities.
∎ Assist UDPDC in preparing business development plans.
∎ Assess the suitability of proposed businesses in UDPDC locations.
∎ Monitor the implementation and growth of business plans, providing regular feedback to UDPDC and reporting to CBR.
∎ Organize advisory meetings with various government stakeholders.
∎ Support UDPDC in observing national and international disability-related events.
∎ Assist UDPDC in generating an upazila-based database of persons with disabilities.
∎ Facilitate meetings with Community Groups and Rogi Kallyan Sommittee to advocate for UDPDC inclusion.
∎ Support UDPDC in organizing accessibility meetings for persons with disabilities (PWDs).
∎ Submit monthly reports and action plans to the CBR Coordinator.
∎ Organize disability screening camps and mobile clinics in the community.
∎ Ensure patient referrals to various CRP centers for rehabilitation services and to other government and non-government hospitals for necessary treatments.
∎ Attend regular CBR coordination meetings, inception programs, training sessions, dissemination workshops, and other relevant events while supporting the CBR team in successful implementation.
∎ Participate in job-related activities at the designated CRP center.
∎ Integrate safeguarding policies into all activities.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
