Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reconciliation of actual sales vs. cash received by SRs/DSRs.
∎ Manage Small notes and credit sales account properly at DB house
∎ Managing petty cash and regularly reporting expenses to DBM.
∎ Prepare sales, and credit reports and share them with DBM.
∎ Responsible for stock entry in WMS, input sales entry in DMS at the end of the day/next day.
∎ Upload POD in DMS system
∎ Prepare DB Sales Analysis reports by routes by SRs/DSRs and by outlets.
∎ Responsible for reciving stock as per challan/PO
∎ Prepare SR/DSR wise stocks for sales out in the morning
∎ Handover stock as per sales out plan to SRs
∎ Maintain FIFO while distributing products to SRs
∎ Manage products safety and proper storage in the storeroom
∎ Ensure Store cleanliness and maintenance.
∎ Manage bad goods and maintain bad goods registrar properly.
∎ Manage store entry registrar and keep records of counter sales.

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
