Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage compliance with company's policies and vision.
∎ Experience in distribution and sales operations.
∎ Supervision of inventory management system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably minimum 6 months experience in Sales and Distribution.
∎ Can drive motorcycle. (Preferred candidate must have motorbike)
∎ Good communication skill English and Bengali
∎ Excellent skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
∎ Team management skill
Salary:
∎ Tk. 21000 (Monthly)
∎ 21,000 Tk (Fixed)
Travel Allowance 10,000 Tk (5000 Tk only for motorbike fuel cost)
Incentive KPI: 5000 Tk (Performance Variable)
Phone Bill: 2000 Tk
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Yearly Festival Bonus will be applicable only after 3 months job completion.
