Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise overall compliance of all the Distribution Points at a national level, doing proper compliance maintenance and anchor communication
∎ Prepare relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and checklists for the distribution points and ensure that daily operations go accordingly
∎ The ideal candidate is expected to maintain proper communication with the Regional Operation Managers & Territory managers regarding hygiene of finances and stocks and also report to HQ with solutions
∎ Ensure proper process verification for rent and other processes relevant to the business
∎ Make and implement the Distribution House checklist and drive the audit findings rectification by the deadline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Distribution Sales Know-how
∎ Basic understanding of Sales/DB hygiene, DB Audit
∎ Proficiency in Basic MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, along with a solid foundation in basic English writing
