∎ Overall manage, direct, monitor, develop & follow up performance of the company’s garments manufacturing activities to obtain the maximum efficiency and quality.
∎ Lead the production team to improve the overall productivity and quality, control cost and reduce production lead-time and maintain a stable workforce.
∎ Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.Job Context:The company is a Japan based knit composite garment manufacturing industry.
