Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching the marketplace to identify trends and new opportunities for growth
∎ Developing marketing plans that align with overall business objectives
∎ Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to grow market share and improve brand recognition
∎ Recommending changes to current strategies to improve performance
∎ Analyze, improve and maintain existing operations and service offerings
∎ Diagnose complex problems, develop data-driven plans and oversee the execution

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 300000 (Monthly)
∎ Two festival bonus and other facilities as per company rule.
