∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor degree in textile from overseas institutions will get preference.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Spinning Mill Operation

Job Context:
∎ A well reputed 100% export oriented foreign ownership spinning mill ( Located at Chattogram) is looking for a Director Operation / COO with sound knowledge & practical working experience in Production Operation specially in Spinning field .
∎ Attractive Salary and other benefits will be provided.
∎ Applicant must have educational qualification as BSC in textile from BUTEX or
∎ Bachelor degree in textile from overseas institutions .
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop operations policies; setup SOPs & ensure compliance. Take necessary corrective actions to realize plans as per budget.
∎ Ensure OTIF as committed to customer besides high level of customer service
∎ Oversee rigorous cost control by regularly tracking 'estimates to complete' costs; take necessary corrective actions to realize final costing as per budge
∎ Drive formulation and adherence to quality assurance (QA) plan; bring in industry best practices to enhance quality delivering superior product
∎ Ensure high efficiency in all processing of Spinning.
∎ To benchmark best practices & apply established methodology of continuous Improvement in Operations.
∎ Develop and implement risk management policy coupled with updating senior management on all critical issues and risk mitigation
∎ Planning for Machines, Material, Money & Men for operations besides building a strong succession pipeline and ensure adequate manning at each level
∎ Chair operational review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required
∎ Track progress of key performance indicators and report the same to ED & CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge & practical working experience in Production Operation specially in Spinning field .
∎ Must have the ability to contribute to the growth of the company through efficient management of operations for manufacture of spinning for both, domestic and export markets besides ensuring On Time Delivery in full & high level of customer service.
