∎ The incumbent must have significant/commendable experience in similar role for last 2 years.
∎ Ability to drive the sales process from planning to successful execution.
∎ Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to lead the sales & marketing team, train and guide them to achieve expected budget of the company. Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to take the company to a great height.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage a team of sales & marketing, including talent acquisition, training and development.
∎ • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
∎ • Identify target markets, set sales goals, and create marketing plans.
∎ • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, enhance the markets, negotiate contracts, and close deals as per expectation.
∎ • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
∎ • Keep up to date of the knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and laws.
∎ • Provide regular reports on sales performance including sales forecasts and budget reports.
∎ • Manage budgets and ensure that sales activities are within budgetary constraints.
∎ • Participate in various events and industry conferences to build relationships with clients.
∎ • Develop and implement training programs for the team members.
∎ • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base.
∎ • Promote and enhance the brand and brand image.
∎ • Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short and long-term objectives.
∎ • Conduct periodic, yearly performance appraisal of team members and set progression plan as required.
∎ • Create successor to ensure a sustainable and worthy team.
