Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum post graduate degree in development studies from recognised university of the government of Bangladesh. International experience academically and/or professionally will be an asset and so shall be sound experience in undertaking research work.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ DASCOH Foundation is looking for a dynamic professional with proven expertise and skills in programming, representation, and documentation including high quality project proposal development experiences.
∎ The position will specifically coordinate the SDC supported Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) project and Swiss Red Cross supported Public Health Improvement Initiative (PHIIR) project and further expand DASCOH`s health and environment portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To steer strategically the health and IWRM project across all stages of Project Cycle Management
∎ To network and coordinate with existing and potential donors, stakeholders of health and IWRM project at national and sub-national level including govt. authorities and elected representatives at all levels
∎ To write high quality analytical reports meeting donor requirements and fulfilling advocacy and dissemination objectives of various projects
∎ To monitor closely and identify funding opportunities in line with DASCOH's strategic objectives in health and environment while, at the same time, respond to donor and / or tendering requirements by developing high quality EOIs, concept notes and programme proposal
∎ To undertake regular visits to the field to support programme implementation with a special view to identifying gaps and resourcing solutions.
∎ To organise, facilitate, and represent DASCOH in different training, orientation, workshop, meetings at the national and sub-national level.
∎ To identify, document and disseminate good practices in health and environment within DASCOH and among wider network of stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills in English
∎ Facilitation skills to conduct training, workshop, meeting, will be added value.
∎ Well conversant in operating word processing (MSWord, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and data base (MS Access, SPSS) software.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ 2.25 festival bonus, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
