• Mastery of business, finance, production, operations, and S&OP planning at scale.

• Experience in driving complex transformations across multi-site networks.

We are looking for a committed & performance driven candidate for the following position in its Corporate Department:

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

Strategic Operations Controlling

• Oversee operational performance across all factories and distribution hubs.
• Design and deploy metrics that inspire improvement, not just measure it.
• Identify bottlenecks and unlock productivity with surgical precision.

Strategic Supply chain Controlling

• Lead complex financial analyses, cost-savings initiatives, and P&L forecasting for logistics across Group ACI.
• Enable procurement negotiations through data-driven financial insight.
• Partner with Group ACI teams across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply-Demand Planning, and Operations to inform investment and systems strategy.

Techno-commercial supply chain expertise

• Leverage techno-commercial supply chain expertise across industries to optimize investment and procurement decisions for maximum value creation
• Establish a rescue pool of subject-matter experts (SMEs) to evaluate, guide, and safeguard every project and procurement plan ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and risk mitigation.

S&OP & Integrated Planning

• Lead the monthly S&OP process with the discipline of a world-class company.
• Convert forecasts into actionable production, inventories and supply plans that balance service, speed, and efficiency.
• Anticipate demand patterns with data, not guesswork.

Smart Sourcing & Value Decisions

• Ensure every sourcing choice maximizes total value cost, quality, and speed.
• Partner with procurement to elevate supplier performance and innovation.
• Drive cross-functional cost-saving initiatives, implement scalable processes with strong controllership. Build dashboards, reporting cadence, and performance metrics.

Stock & Distribution Mastery

• Control inventory levels like a portfolio every unit serving a purpose.
• Standardize distribution processes across Group ACI businesses into one intelligent network.
• Eliminate overstock and stockouts with predictive analytics.

Digital Transformation at Scale

• Build a single digital nervous system for ACI's supply chain.
• Introduce advanced route optimization, real-time inventory visibility, and Al-driven planning.
• Replace multiple different distribution methods with one unified, future-ready platform to be future ready.

Governance & Controls

• Implement internal controls, support audit processes, and ensure compliance within operations finance cycle.
• Lead complex logistics financial planning, including "what-if" analyses, P&L forecasting, and scenario modelling across Group ACI.
• Manage investments, inventory aging, obsolescence, and lifecycle transitions, crafting financial strategies and scoring business cases.
